PINs are 8-digit alpha-numeric codes (Format : AB1234CD). Every PIN entered earns ballot entries for your chance to WIN! Here is an example of where your PIN is located on your WIN-WIN Event game tickets:
With every PIN you enter, you will earn ballot entries. Simply place your ballots into the sweepstakes prize drawing of your choice. More entries into any drawing means better chances to WIN that prize!
The sweepstakes ballots you receive will be able to be entered into the prize drawing of your choice. The more sweepstakes ballots you enter for a given prize, the better your chances to WIN that prize!
This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your device is probably outdated.
Here is all you need to do:
- Download an Up to Date Web Browser. We suggest either: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- Follow the instructions on either of those links to download the browser and install on your device.
- In your new web browser, go to www.winwinevent.com and then click on Sign-Up to create an account or Log‑In if you have already signed up.

To sign-up for the contest, simply click Sign-Up and complete all required information on the Registration Form.
There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend Google Mail or Microsoft Outlook. Follow the links to set up a new email account.

Earn 1 game ticket for every $50 you spend (up to 5 tickets per transaction, restrictions apply), plus earn 1 ticket for every 5 participating products you buy (up to 5 tickets per transaction) when you visit your participating Save Mart, Lucky or Lucky California stores from August 13 to November 4, 2025.
You can obtain a game ticket without making a purchase by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
WIN-WIN Event Ticket Request, 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888.
Requests must be received by November 4, 2025. One request per outer mailing envelope, one request per day of the Sweepstakes Period. No mechanically reproduced or computer-generated requests allowed.
If you are drawn for a sweepstakes prize, you will receive an email or phone call from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to Sign-up. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact the winner.
A captcha is a security feature on our web page. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

If you receive a message that your PIN has already been entered, please view the My Account page, to check if you have already entered your PIN. If you are still having issues, please email us at support@winwinevent.com.
Your account has been automatically locked because you made too many incorrect attempts to enter a PIN. Please email us at support@winwinevent.com to request for your account to be unlocked. Please note, if your account is locked again because of too many incorrect PIN attempts, it will remain locked and you will be disqualified from the promotion.
For an instant $5,000 cash prize, please keep your winning game ticket. For all PIN entries, once you have entered your PIN online, you may discard your game ticket. You can view your PIN entries under the My Account page.
- Last day to get game tickets in store: November 4, 2025.
- Last day to enter your PINs: November 6, 2025.
- Last day to redeem any instant prizes and rewards points: November 18, 2025.
